Cylvex is a financial information and portfolio simulation platform. It aggregates analyst data, computes proprietary scores, and provides educational tools for individual investors.
Cylvex is not a registered investment advisor, broker, or dealer. All content on this platform is for informational and educational purposes only. Cylvex does not provide personalized investment advice.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Each person may maintain only one account. Cylvex reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Posts, comments, and predictions shared through community features are user-generated content. You retain ownership of your content but grant Cylvex a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and store it in connection with the service.
The following content is prohibited: financial fraud, market manipulation, harassment, spam, hate speech, and any content that violates applicable law. Cylvex may remove content at its sole discretion.
The Cylvex Score algorithm, user interface design, and all associated intellectual property are owned by Cylvex LLC. You may not reverse-engineer, scrape, or bulk-export any data or features from the platform.
Market data is sourced from third-party providers, including Polygon.io and Financial Modeling Prep (FMP). Analyst targets, ratings, and estimates are third-party opinions and do not represent the views of Cylvex.
Cylvex does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of third-party data. Market data provided by Polygon.io. Analyst data provided by Financial Modeling Prep.
Simulated returns are hypothetical and do not guarantee actual performance. Past analyst accuracy does not predict future results. You are solely responsible for your own investment decisions.

Cylvex is not liable for any investment losses incurred by users. The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
In no event shall Cylvex’s total liability exceed the amount you have paid to Cylvex in the twelve months preceding the claim.
You may request account deletion at any time through the Settings screen in the app. Upon deletion, your personal data will be removed within 30 days in accordance with GDPR and App Store requirements. Associated user-generated content will be cascade-deleted.
Cylvex may update these Terms of Service at any time. We will update the “Last updated” date at the bottom of this page. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
