These are longer notes I keep before each report, posted here, so they stay in one place. First, the split between government and commercial work: I track how each side is described, which programs get named, and whether the commercial count of customers keeps rising. Second, the way the company talks about deployment speed, since that seems to drive how quickly new customers expand. Third, the cost side, mostly stock based pay and how it trends against revenue over several quarters. Fourth, the language around partnerships and how often the same partners come up.
