Aclaris Therapeutics announced positive Phase 1b results for its bispecific antibody ATI-052 targeting TSLP and IL-4Rα in atopic dermatitis and asthma. The drug demonstrated rapid and durable improvements in skin symptoms and itch in severe AD patients, with 78% achieving EASI-50 response.
In asthma, a single dose produced rapid improvements in airway inflammation and lung function. The compound showed a favorable safety profile with no conjunctivitis observed. Aclaris plans to prioritize Phase 2b development in eosinophilic esophagitis (EoE) starting early 2027.
