ArriVent BioPharma announced encouraging Phase 1 results for ARR-217, a CDH17-targeted antibody-drug conjugate for gastrointestinal cancers. The drug demonstrated a 44.8% objective response rate at the 6mg/kg dose in heavily pretreated colorectal cancer patients with a manageable safety profile. The company plans to advance into Phase 1b dose optimization studies with results expected in 2027.

ArriVent BioPharma announced that initial Phase 1 safety and efficacy data for ARR-217 (MRG007), a CDH17-targeted antibody-drug conjugate for gastrointestinal cancers, will be presented as a late-breaking oral presentation at ESMO Congress 2026 in Madrid. The company will host a virtual webinar on October 26, 2026 to discuss the data and ARR-217 program.
