Corcept Therapeutics reported Korlym sales of $373.5 million in H1 2026, up 6.2% year-over-year. The FDA approval of Lifyorli (relacorilant) in March 2026 generated $47.6 million in Q2 2026, marking the company's first quarter of commercial availability.
The new drug aims to reduce CORT's dependence on Korlym. Relacorilant is also being studied in combination with other therapies for various cancers, with an FDA decision on the Cushing's syndrome indication expected by December 2026.
