Enerflex Ltd. announced the appointment of David Primrose (CFO of Finning International) and Mary Zappone (former CEO of Sundyne) to its Board of Directors, effective October 27, 2026. Primrose was also appointed to the Audit Committee. The appointments follow Fernando Assing's retirement and are part of the company's ongoing board refreshment strategy.

Enerflex Ltd. announced a major contract award to design, engineer, and fabricate over 1 gigawatt of low-emission behind-the-meter natural gas-fired power generation units for a large-scale North American data center development. Combined with previous awards, the company's backlog now exceeds 1.75 gigawatts with deliveries extending through 2028. Enerflex is investing approximately $100 million to expand its Engineered Systems business capabilities to support execution and expected growth.

Enerflex Ltd. has completed the divestiture of its majority Asia Pacific operations to INNIO Group, focusing on its After-Market Services product line. The company will maintain Engineered Systems solutions in APAC through local sales teams while sharpening focus on North America, Latin America, and the Middle East. Q3 2026 financial results will be released on October 29, 2026.
