Tesla has secured $30 billion in new senior unsecured credit facilities, comprising a $20 billion three-year term loan and $10 billion in revolving credit. The financing provides liquidity for Tesla's planned $25 billion in 2026 capital expenditures focused on AI infrastructure, robotics, and new product development including the Cybercab, Optimus, and Tesla Semi. Tesla has no current borrowings under these facilities and does not plan to draw on them in 2026.
