McEwen Signs US$55 Million Agreement to Sell Fuller and PaymasterMcEwen Inc. has agreed to sell its Fuller and Paymaster properties in Timmins, Ontario to Discovery Mining's subsidiary Dome Mine Ltd. for US$55 million (US$5M cash, US$50M in Discovery shares). The proceeds will support McEwen's growth strategy targeting 250,000-300,000 gold equivalent ounces annually by 2030, with major projects including Stock Mine production in Q4 2026 and El Gallo construction in Mexico.
