Oruka Therapeutics announced it will report Week 16 data for ORKA-001 from the EVERLAST-B Phase 2b trial in moderate-to-severe plaque psoriasis on October 26, 2026. The company will host a conference call and webcast at 8:00 a.m. ET to discuss the results. Previously announced Week 28 data from the EVERLAST-A trial showed positive results with PASI 100 reaching 71.4% and PASI 90 reaching 87.3% without additional dosing after Week 4.

Revolution Medicines and Oruka Therapeutics have significantly outperformed the Magnificent Seven tech stocks this year, both more than doubling. Revolution Medicines gained FDA approval for Rasonque, a pancreatic cancer treatment with blockbuster potential ($20.8B peak revenue projected).
