PPG Industries announced a $70 million investment to expand its aerospace transparencies operations in Huntsville, Alabama. The expansion includes a new 112,000-square-foot facility to increase production capacity and improve operational efficiency. The investment is driven by rising demand for aircraft cockpit and passenger windows across commercial, military, and general aviation markets.

PPG Industries generated $594 million in operating cash flow in H1 2026, up $223 million year-over-year, supported by cost-saving initiatives and pricing actions. The company returned $1.4 billion to shareholders in 2025 and raised its dividend for 54 consecutive years.

Global Architectural Coatings saw EBITDA margin expansion of 100 basis points to 19.4%. PPG stock gained 5.5% over the past year and trades at a discount valuation, though it carries a Zacks Rank #3 (Hold) with lower EPS estimate trends.
