SA Expands U.S. Gold Search With Slaughterhouse Project Acquisition
Seabridge Gold has agreed to acquire 100% of the Slaughterhouse Project in southern Wyoming from Orogen Royalties, comprising 163 mining claims. The company will pay $300,000 upfront plus up to $2.55 million in milestone payments. Seabridge plans to use modern exploration techniques to search for gold and critical minerals in the region, which has historical copper and gold occurrences but lacks comprehensive modern exploration.
