Kahn Swick & Foti, LLC announced class action securities lawsuits against Honeywell Aerospace and York Space Systems. A separate class action has also been filed against Honeywell Aerospace. The application deadline for York Space Systems is October 30, 2026.

A class action lawsuit has been filed against York Space Systems Inc. (NYSE:YSS) in the U.S. District Court for the District of Colorado. The lawsuit alleges that York made false and misleading statements regarding its onboard mission and payload software functionality before satellite launches, and failed to disclose material risks to its Space Development Agency contracts. Investors who purchased YSS stock between January 29, 2026 and May 11, 2026 have until October 30, 2026 to apply to be appointed as lead plaintiff.
